FREE Shipping to Cape Town and surrounds. 

We provide nationwide shipping and offer free shipping within Cape Town.

If you are outside of South Africa please contact us.

If you’re not feeling good about your Pod within 10 days of receiving it, simply return it for a full refund.

*Please keep in mind that the return window starts from the date of delivery and ends at the close of business on the 10th day. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe. Additionally, return shipping within the 10-day window will be charged for. Please make sure the Pod and all accessories are in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping

Calculation: Shipping costs for new orders will be calculated at the checkout based on the delivery address. You will see the accurate shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Lead Time: Our Pods are manufactured in Cape Town, so the average lead time for delivery within our shipping range is 4-6 weeks. 

Shipment Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for the Feel Good Pod. To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • You request a return within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • The Feel Good Pod is in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • The Feel Good Pod has not been damaged, altered, or used in a manner that affects its resale value.

 

Return Process: If you wish to return the Feel Good Pod, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 10 days of your delivery to initiate the return process. You can email us and our team will guide you through the process.
  • Pack the Feel Good Pod securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned Pod, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following details:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid during the initial purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective Feel Good Pod, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Non-Transferable: This shipping and returns policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Feel Good website. If you purchased the Feel Good Pod from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective policies.

We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping and returns policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the terms and conditions of purchases made before the policy update.
